Normal human body temperature is 98.6*F i.e. 37*C. But prior to the days of ovulation, it shows a slight decrement compare to normal body temperature (37*C) of approximately 0.2 to0.6*C i.e. the body temperature is about 36.4 to 36.8*C.
On one day prior to ovulation, the temperature further decreases. And after the ovulation, it rises above the normal body temperature.
